The saga of H. Beatty Chadwick continues. The Main Line lawyer has been in Delaware County prison since 1995 for refusing to turn over $2.5 million in his divorce case. His attorney, Michael Malloy, filed an appeal with the state Superior Court this month contesting a February ruling by a three-judge Delaware County Court panel that denied Chadwick’s latest attempt to get out of jail.
